The survey is conducted using a face-to-face interview method, where trained interviewers visit each household, explain the purpose of the survey, and record responses directly (interviewer-administered).
In the 2020 survey, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, respondent-administered paper surveys were additionally allowed upon request.
The main data collection tool is a tablet PC equipped with digital questionnaires and built-in logic validation, utilizing the TAPI (Tablet-Assisted Personal Interview) method.
